ClassBet Terms and Conditions — Rules for All Players

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ClassBet ("the Platform", "we", "us") and you ("the Player", "the User") with respect to your use of the ClassBet website, mobile platform and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, slot games, fish games and any promotional offers.

2 Eligibility

To register and use ClassBet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and preferred payment method. ClassBet reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage, including before processing your first withdrawal.

• Username and password: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. ClassBet will never ask for your password via email, chat or telephone.
• Account security: If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ClassBet support immediately. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account before a breach is reported.
• Accurate information: All information provided at registration and throughout your use of the platform must be truthful. Providing false details — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Account ownership: Accounts are personal. They may not be transferred, sold or assigned to another person under any circumstances.

4 Deposits

ClassBet accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR with no currency conversion charges applied by the platform. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• Easypaisa — via your registered Easypaisa mobile account
• Raast — instant interbank digital payments
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfer to ClassBet's designated account

ClassBet does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name. Using a third party's payment account to deposit is prohibited and will trigger an account review.

ClassBet reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion, particularly where there is reason to suspect the deposit is linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering or a breach of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit to the platform, unless ClassBet's support team has specifically authorised an alternative arrangement in writing. This policy exists to prevent fraudulent fund diversion.

• Verification requirement: ClassBet may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This includes submitting a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

• Bonus balance: Funds derived from bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been fully met cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is completed. Only real-money balances above any pending bonus wagering are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal holds: ClassBet reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request where there is an active investigation into the account. The player will be notified of any such hold.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ClassBet offers a range of bonuses, free spins, reload offers and seasonal promotions to registered players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be processed. The applicable multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Validity period: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus balances are removed automatically from your account.

7 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ClassBet are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and competition. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation reference number. Bets that are not confirmed are not active.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. If the odds on your selection change between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is confirmed, the updated odds will apply unless your account is set to "accept any odds".
• Voided bets: Bets may be voided in the event of data errors, incorrect odds publication, match cancellations or circumstances beyond ClassBet's control. Voided bet stakes are returned to your account balance.
• PSL and cricket markets: Pakistan Super League and international cricket betting follows the ICC's official match result determination. 8 Fair Play and Game Integrity

ClassBet is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All casino and slot games available on the platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure completely unpredictable and unmanipulable outcomes on every spin or hand.

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds that are proceeds of criminal activity

10 Account Suspension and Closure

• Suspension: A suspended account is temporarily disabled while an investigation is in progress. Suspended players cannot deposit, bet or withdraw during the suspension period. Funds in the account at the time of suspension are held securely and returned if the investigation concludes favourably for the player.
• Permanent closure: Accounts permanently closed for cause (fraud, abuse, multiple accounts, underage access) will have balances forfeited in full. ClassBet will not be obligated to return deposits or winnings to accounts closed under these circumstances.
